These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nidra: The Sofa Studio website and your purchase of products and services from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
General
- Nidra: The Sofa Studio is a premium sofa showroom and custom furniture studio located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- We offer handcrafted sofas, sofa sets, loungers, and seating solutions along with sofa cleaning, repair, and renovation services.
- These terms apply to all customers, website visitors, and anyone who contacts us for products or services.
Orders & Customization
- All orders are confirmed only after a written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email.
- For custom orders, a detailed specification including size, fabric, colour, and design must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is final.
- All orders need advance payment confirmation . No Cost EMI is available for up to 12 months on selected credit cards (PNB, IDBI, ICICI, Axis, BOB). Terms of the respective bank apply.
Payment
- An advance payment is required to confirm and begin production of your order.
- The remaining balance is to be paid prior to or at the time of delivery.
- We accept cash, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and Google Pay.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation.
- Risk of damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and installation.
Warranty
- All Nidra sofas come with a manufacturer warranty on frame and structural components. Please ask our team for specific warranty details on your product.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric fading, or damage caused by misuse.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Services (Cleaning, Repair & Renovation)
- Service bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via WhatsApp.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to sofas brought in or collected for repair.
- Service timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on Nidra: The Sofa Studio’s website including images, product names, logos, and text is the intellectual property of Nidra: The Sofa Studio. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Nidra: The Sofa Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
