Nidra: The Sofa Studio provides home delivery and installation of all sofa products across Indore. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.
1. Delivery Coverage Area
- We currently deliver across Indore and surrounding areas including Vijay Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, Scheme 54, Nipania, Palasia, AB Road, Bhawarkuan, Bilawali, Surya Dev Nagar, and nearby localities.
- For delivery outside Indore, please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm availability and charges. Free home delivery on ground floor, (charges only for lifting on upper floors )
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard sofas: We deliver and install your sofa across Indore within 7–30 working days depending on your order.
- Custom-made and made-to-order sofas: 15 to 30 working days depending on design complexity and fabric availability.
- Our team will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery charges vary based on location, product size, and floor/access requirements.
- Installation of the sofa at your home is included with delivery.
4. Delivery Process
Our delivery team will:
- Contact you prior to delivery to confirm the date and time slot.
- Deliver and carefully place the sofa at your preferred location inside your home.
- Assemble and install the sofa as required.
- Remove all packaging material after installation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure there is adequate access and space for delivery and installation.
- Inform us in advance about stairs, narrow entrances, lifts, or any access challenges.
- Ensure someone is available at home during the scheduled delivery time.
6. Inspection at Delivery
- Please inspect your sofa carefully at the time of delivery.
- If any damage is noticed, report it to the delivery team immediately and contact us on WhatsApp with photos.
- Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
