Return & Refund Policy

At Nidra: The Sofa Studio, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade sofas and seating solutions. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All sofas and seating products at Nidra: The Sofa Studio are custom-made or made-to-order based on your selected size, fabric, and design. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Custom-made and made-to-order sofas are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
We encourage all customers to confirm size, fabric, colour, and design details carefully before placing an order.
Our team will share a final confirmation of your order details before starting production.

2. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing.
The product has a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product was damaged during delivery and was reported immediately at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after order confirmation or production has started.
Minor variations in fabric texture, colour shade, or appearance due to screen display differences.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
Products that have been used, altered, or modified after delivery.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved after our team’s inspection:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Advance payments are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as production begins immediately.
For customized orders, the advance payment paid is non-refundable upon cancellation.
